North Park Sunset Senior Session / Anna’s Senior Photos
I met Anna and her mom at the North Park boat house for her senior portrait session. Anna mentioned in her questionnaire that she did color guard, and would most likely bring her flag to use for some of the photos. I was able to spot them easily from the parking lot because she was holding her flag straight up. I might encourage future seniors to carry a flag with them, color guard member or not.
I all seriousness, I’ve never photographed a senior who did color guard, and we had a lot of fun while she showed me some routines. She knew that she wanted some action shots, so we found an open field, and I told her to keep going for a few minutes.
I had initially been a bit worried about Anna’s senior session, because the weather was looking completely cloudy. The trees in this area of North Park are high enough to hide the sun well before actual sunset. We completely lucked out though. The sun peaked through just enough for us to get these gorgeous shots near the water.
